Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is conveniently located between Denver and Red Rocks, but a bit out of the way. The staff appeared unprofessional in appearance, but incredibly helpful, polite, and professional. Although the price is reasonable, there were issues with slipping personal information under our door and sharing incidental policies.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room, though with 2 double beds and a sofa couch, had a strong smell of weed from a neighboring room, making my experience less than ideal. However, the service, especially the quick response to fix the cable issue, was friendly and accommodating. The location did not meet my expectations, lacking cleanliness and privacy. Despite some disappointments, the dining experience was satisfactory, offering made-to-order options. The facilities were standard, nothing extraordinary.
The hotel is conveniently located off 285 next to the road that leads to and from Red Rocks Amphitheater. While the rooms may be a bit dated, they are clean and spacious, with the bonus of a balcony offering views all across the map. The service, although generally polite, can be inconsistent in addressing issues promptly.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable with easy access to all amenities, but there was a persistent smell of weed from a neighboring room. The service was friendly and accommodating, despite some potential overcharging concerns. The location, between Denver and Red Rocks, was convenient for exploring the area, though a bit out of the way. The dining experience offered made-to-order breakfast, but there were issues with billing accuracy. The facilities were sufficient for a comfortable stay.
I recently stayed at this hotel and found the rooms to be very clean and comfortable. However, the decor was a bit dated, though the room was clean, a good size, and even had a balcony. There were some minor issues like stained carpets and nicked furniture.
Currently on a 4-night stay at the Courtyard Denver Southwest/Lakewood. However, the rooms aren't made up unless requested, and some areas seemed a bit dirty/stale. The lighting could be improved.
